Amy Pappas
Women’s Health Physiotherapist
Amy is a physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience working across both hospital and private practice settings. She began her career in acute hospital care, working in intensive care, trauma, rehabilitation and orthopaedic wards before transitioning into women’s health following the birth of her twins 7 years ago.
Amy enjoys treating women across all stages of life, including those experiencing pelvic pain, pregnancy-related concerns, postnatal recovery, and guidance through peri and post-menopause. She has experience managing pelvic floor concerns, bowel dysfunction, pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti and pelvic organ prolapse, and is trained in pessary fittings.
Alongside women’s health, Amy also treats musculoskeletal conditions such as neck and lower back pain, joint pain and osteoporosis. Her treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, education and tailored exercise programs to help women reduce pain, improve function and feel confident in their bodies.
Outside of the clinic, Amy is a busy mum of two who enjoys reformer Pilates, a good coffee and being outdoors.
