Deepthi (Dee) Nooli
M Physio, B Med Sci Hons
Emerging Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
With 14 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Deepthi has supported people through a wide range of injuries, pain and physical challenges. Over the years, her passion naturally grew towards women’s health, leading her to specialise in pelvic and women’s health physiotherapy.
As a mother of two, this area is also very personal to Deepthi. Having experienced her own pelvic health challenges following pregnancy, she understands firsthand the physical and emotional changes that can come with pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.
This experience has shaped the way she works with women. Deepthi aims to create a safe, supportive space where women feel comfortable discussing their concerns and better understanding their bodies.
She provides individualised care for pregnancy and postnatal concerns, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic girdle pain.
Deepthi also enjoys teaching Pilates and helping women incorporate simple, practical exercises into their everyday lives. Her goal is to help women feel stronger, more confident and comfortable in their bodies, and return to the activities that are important to them.
